About GACI

Mission:

GACI brings unbiased, bipartisan education strategies to drive systemic change in education, child development, human services, and health policy by educating and training California’s government policy makers with expert information and insight.

History:

Founded in 1998, GACI develops health, early learning, education and family services for major California foundations such as The California Endowment, David and Lucile Packard Foundation, California Wellness Foundation, California HealthCare Foundation and Blue Shield Foundation.  GACI is a trusted advisor to California policy leaders who benefit from GACI's unbiased, bipartisan education and training programs. Programs include face-to-face training and tours as well as published reports.

The GACI Team:

Giovanna Stark leads an internal team of dedicated individuals who are experienced in producing well-orchestrated policy leader educational events and trainings programs. GACI also utilizes a pool of high-level consultants comprised of former California legislative staff.
